Tokkari Town is located in a strange world where humans and robots co-exist. Professor Shinnosuke Otoi is a scientific genius who engineers robots. When his grandson Nobuhiko wishes for an older brother, Professor Otoi gives birth to a human form robot named "Signal." Although Signal is a high-performance robot built with the latest technology, he has a few bugs. Every time Nobuhiko sneezes, for example, he transforms into "Chibi Signal." He's surprisingly strong, very kind, pretty reliable, but somewhat simple-minded. When he sets his mind on a goal, he doesn't let anything get in his way.
