Weiß is also spelled Weiss; the "ß" symbol replaces the "ss" at the end of German words. Weiß Kreuz, pronounced "vice kroitz," is German for "white cross."

Weiß is a seiyuu unit made up of Takehito Koyasu, Tomokazu Seki, Shinichiro Miki, and Hiro Yuuki. It also is the name of the assassins' group made up of their fictional alter egos, Aya, Ken, Yoji, and Omi, in the "Weiß kreuz" storyline.
